We now have a Facebook page dedicated to abolishing waste food produce within the household, The Real Junk Food Project - Swap shop, Leeds.
Do you have tins of food in your pantry you're never going to open? Do you have dried goods stored away in cupboards collecting dust? Do you have fresh produce in your fridge which you're never going to get round to consuming? Why don't you follow the link below, and post a pic and short description of your produce along with area of Leeds you are situated, and give someone else the opportunity to take the item/s so that they can enjoy by themselves or with their families and friends.
Commencing December 13' we will also have a courier service available which will be aimed at the elderly, disabled, those in an emergency and those will young families. This service can be contacted through the Facebook group, and will be first come, first served, depending on priority.
