Whether you're a business or individual, The Real Junk Food Project offers a free waste removal service. We can collect as a one off or on a regular basis depending on your needs.
We collect everything from, plastic, wood, cardboard, metal, waste food produce, both edible and inedible.
We use your waste to create a self-sustainable environment through our Urban Guerrilla Gardens, nothing is disposed of, or illegally tipped. We want to be the solution, not add to the problem.

At The Real Junk Food Project we waste nothing. We practice 're'-cycling, 'up'-cycling, composting and bio char techniques to create a self-sustainable environment.
Because of this, and along with our efforts in the Urban Guerrilla Gardens, we are able to offer FREE FOOD in return for your 'waste' produce.
Over the next year we will be able to provide vegetables, fruit, herbs, eggs and honey all for free, helping reduce overall food costs, and have a dramatic effect on the environment, lowering overall carbon footprints across Leeds and West Yorkshire.
Becoming involved with a Community Interest Company whom focuses on creating a self-sustainable environment whilst abolishing food waste produce and feeding those that are food inseure, allows your customers to know that you are interested in the future of our planet and its flaura and fauna. These conscious efforts will be marketed on our web and social media pages, giving your business free marketing, and the access to a wider range of similar conscious people and businesses.​
With over 8 years experience across the world in kitchen environments, The Real Junk Food Project is able to offer a free chef consultancy service to help those struggling with overall food and energy costs.
We can provide a regular service, one-on-one sessions with staff or a one day session to make indidviduals and businesses aware of the impact they are having, and what steps they can take to help positively effect the environment and create a self-sustainable environment to work in.
