Garlic Bread

What you need:
Butter
Garlic
Salt
Parsley
Oil
Method:
With the bread that you've just baked, leave to cool, then slice.
Chop up 1 bulb of garlic, and place a little oil over the top. With the side of your knife, scrape over the garlic to form a smooth puree, mix the garlic puree into the butter and add the salt and chopped parsley. The taste is completely up to you.
Spread each slic of your bread with the butter, lay on a baking tray, cover with tin foil and bake for approximately 5-10 minutes.
